This Position reports to:

Junior HR Operations Team Lead

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support day-to-day HR operations in both Turkish and English. You will perform Employee Life Cycle (ELC), Compensation & Benefits (CB), and Payroll (PY) activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution of HR processes. You will maintain employee data in HR systems and contribute to a high level of data quality and customer experience. You will also collaborate closely with the team by participating in meetings, workshops, and training sessions while proactively communicating any issues or delays.

About the Internship:

• Start date: as soon as possible (preferably August 2026)
• Work in a modern office in Kraków
• Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model to fit around your university schedule
• We expect availability of at least 30 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Support HR processes in Turkish and English.
• Process Employee Life Cycle (ELC), Compensation & Benefits (CB), and Payroll (PY) requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems.
• Complete tasks on time and proactively communicate any issues or delays.
• Participate actively in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Active student status (preferably student in a field related to HR, Psychology, Sociology, Turkology, Linguistics, or other humanities fields)
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Turkish (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools or SAP is a plus
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy
