As a Developer, your focus will be on building high quality and performant features for our product. You'll play a key role in the team’s technical work and work closely with senior team members to ensure the work is well-sequenced, maintainable, and aligned with broader product goals. You’ll bring a critical-thinking and solution-oriented mindset to everything you do, with a strong focus on continuous delivery, monitoring, and delivering real-world impact in a highly collaborative environment.

As part of the Clinical team, you’ll work on the tools that home health agencies rely on every day to deliver safe, effective, and compliant care—from dynamic care plans and medical histories to clinical notes, medication tracking, and complex forms.
Your work will directly support clinicians in the field, making documentation easier, enabling better decision-making, and ultimately improving patient outcomes.
