As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will play a significant role in bringing diverse and passionate talent to PTC. You will connect with various parts of the business and put your creative sourcing strategies and relationship management skills to work. You will support the hiring needs of a variety of PTC businesses in finding technical talent. We ask that you have a record of accomplishment of experience in a high growth tech company with a focus on support of R&D and Product functions, and can partner, execute, and own TA topics through influence and collaboration.

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle and own full life cycle recruiting process  

  • Manage relationships internally to drive strategy, anticipate talent needs and own TA projects  

  • Identify, attract, and close the best talent that aligns with hiring plans  

  • Partner closely with hiring managers across a variety of roles/technical domains on their recruiting efforts.  

  • Act as an advisor to hiring managers: understand hiring needs and local market trends to have the ability to manage expectations  

  • Understand technical assessment tools and inclusive interview practices to facilitate skills-based interviewing panels  

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruiting metrics.

  • Connect with hiring managers to understand diversity gaps, to support the creation of measurable action plans, and to tailor diversity pipelining strategies  

  • Ensure great candidate experience while building and developing talent pipelines for key roles  

  • Passion around employer branding: representation at tech and meet-up events  

  • Participate in various TA projects and stay up-to-date in best-in-class TA processes 

Skills and Knowledge: 

  • Influencing skills and ability to drive results  

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in high-tech or SaaS industry  

  • Ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization 

Experience: 

  • 8 years minimum of talent acquisition experience with at least 4 years in technical recruiting.

  • Experience closing all levels of candidates including senior level  

  • Experience negotiating compensation packages  

  • Experience working with key stakeholders and cross functional teams 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent  

  • 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience  

  • Ideally 4+ year experience in high-tech, or SaaS industry and recruitment of tech talent
