About the Team

Generally, the team is form in Squad where each squad consist of Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Dev lead, Developers and Testers. This Squad structure provides more connectivity among team members and allows us to deliver faster as all resources work as one group on dedicated tasks.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for assisting in the management and optimization of costs within the technology organization and requires a strong interest in data analysis. This individual will support the business through reporting, forecasting, and analysis, and will help to coordinate and provide guidance on consolidated reporting for capital and operational costs. This position requires exceptional communication skills and curiosity, as well as the ability to meet deadlines in an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities·

  • Utilizing cross-functional data to correlate trends and identify strategic actions.
  • Transforming data into actionable insights by designing information to be presented in the most impactful way to the viewer.
  • Automating data correlation, analysis, and reporting at every opportunity.
  • Working with stakeholders to establish key performance indicators and monitoring implemented programs to measure ongoing success.
  • Working to develop a wide network of strategic and trusted cross-functional relationships to stay informed on operational frustration and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring alignment with budget and yearly CapDev allowance - at project and Business Unit levels.
  • Creating and socializing metrics related to labor cost management (contractor costs, FTEs to P&L, resource needs) with the goal of reducing or containing cost of technology growth.
  • Creating and socializing metrics related to technology productivity increases from using AI tools and ServiceNow, etc.
  • Collaborating with technology optimization leads from other technology areas to facilitate the aggregation of finance data.
  • Preparing capital and P&L metrics, including providing key insights into trends.

Requirements·

  • Bachelor level education in analytics or mathematics
  • Have 1+ years related experience
  • Have direct experience in metrics and reporting, or another related field.
  • Have demonstrable technical knowledge of one or more major cloud platforms with an understanding of cloud concepts such as compute services, elasticity, tagging, billing, pricing models, discount options, and cost reporting tools.
  • Have knowledge of core financial concepts in cloud computing such as cost show back, cost allocation, forecasting, and amortization.
  • Be a creative and results-driven thinker and an excellent problem solver with a sense of urgency and resourcefulness.
  • Be meticuloulsy detail-oriented.
  • Have organization and planning skills to prioritize tasks and efficiently get things done.
  • Be proficient in MS Excel and be able to pull data from different systems to perform analysis.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities with the ability to quickly form working relationships.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills, as they regularly work with team members of all levels.
