As a Mission Lead, you'll lead the successful delivery of strategic employee experience missions, bringing together multidisciplinary teams to solve workforce challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes. You'll create clarity around mission objectives, mobilise the right capabilities and ensure every mission delivers measurable value for our people, leaders and the organisation.

Do Work That Matters
Working closely with HR Centres of Excellence, technology teams, designers, data specialists, AI product teams and business stakeholders, you'll bring together the right expertise to deliver employee experience missions that solve workforce challenges and create meaningful outcomes.
You'll lead missions from discovery through implementation, adoption and value realisation, ensuring every solution improves the moments that matter across the employee lifecycle.
Success in this role requires someone who can combine product thinking, human-centred design, delivery leadership and stakeholder management to create lasting impact.
Role Overview
As a Mission Lead, you'll lead the successful delivery of strategic employee experience missions, translating mission objectives into practical solutions that improve the experiences of our people and leaders.
You'll balance employee needs, business priorities, technology opportunities and risk considerations to deliver solutions that are simple, intuitive and impactful. Through collaboration, influence and strong delivery leadership, you'll mobilise multidisciplinary teams, maintain momentum and ensure mission outcomes deliver measurable value for employees, leaders and the organisation.
