Employee Engagement Project Manager
We are looking for a passionate and highly driven Project Manager to join our global team, managing a portfolio of employee engagement projects across the EU region. This role offers great exposure to internal and external clients and the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor in a collaborative, multinational environment.
This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Manage project workflows to ensure timely deliverables and prepare status reports for management and clients.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to keep projects on track and within budget.
Define project scope, customize plans, set timelines, assign tasks, and identify dependencies and milestones.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with client counterparts, serving as the primary administrative point of contact.
Advise clients on methodological, technical, and operational project solutions to optimize engagement initiatives.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in project management or coordination with multiple project deliveries, ideally from the employee research area or employee engagement initiatives.
Strong skills in working with and interpreting people-related data.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to adapt and manage dynamic projects across multinational and cross-cultural environments.
Proficiency in Excel
English proficiency at C1+ level (oral and written).

Background working in multinational and cross-cultural teams.
Knowledge of any other European language
