Employee Engagement Project Manager 

We are looking for a passionate and highly driven Project Manager to join our global team, managing a portfolio of employee engagement projects across the EU region. This role offers great exposure to internal and external clients and the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor in a collaborative, multinational environment. 

This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. 

We will count on you to: 

  • Manage project workflows to ensure timely deliverables and prepare status reports for management and clients. 

  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to keep projects on track and within budget. 

  • Define project scope, customize plans, set timelines, assign tasks, and identify dependencies and milestones. 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client counterparts, serving as the primary administrative point of contact. 

  • Advise clients on methodological, technical, and operational project solutions to optimize engagement initiatives. 

What you need to have: 

  • Proven experience in project management or coordination with multiple project deliveries, ideally from the employee research area or employee engagement initiatives. 

  • Strong skills in working with and interpreting people-related data. 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. 

  • Ability to adapt and manage dynamic projects across multinational and cross-cultural environments. 

  • Proficiency in Excel 

  • English proficiency at C1+ level (oral and written).

  • Experience from traditional consulting organizations, market research consultancies, or shared service centers. 

  • Background working in multinational and cross-cultural teams. 

  • Knowledge of any other European language
