Case Assignments Diverse case mix including orthopedics, general surgery, urology, endoscopy, ENT and ophthalmology. No cardiac or neuro cases. Limited pediatric cases. Requirements Responsibilities Pre-anesthesia assessment Obtains and/or verifies patient consent Discusses anesthetic options and risks with the patient Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition Performance of clinical intervention as needed Requirements Current license as a registered professional nurse Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Lifestyle Hanover, PA: Hanover is a borough in York County, Pennsylvania, 19 miles southwest of York and 54 miles north-northwest of Baltimore, Maryland and is 5 miles north of the Mason-Dixon line.
