Position Purpose:

Build and maintain relationships and manage service responsibilities with internal partners and end users, including implementation support, monitoring engagement channels, and supporting connected projects or initiatives.

Ensure timely execution of initiatives as per the technology and Corporate strategy.

  • Establish strong relationships with HR Shared Services to ensure a trusting environment to discuss synergistic strategies.

  • Ensure HR leadership is informed and engaged in conversation strategy initiatives and understands technical and business challenges regarding conversion.

  • Provide guidance to identify solutions, coordinate and track all health plan related concerns to ensure a timely follow up that includes a resolution with appropriate party.

  • Coordinate the design, development and roll-out of product enhancements and related projects as requested by corporate staff.

  • Support the project management of all conversion initiatives and implementations by working with members of the conversion team to develop initiatives, drive and communicate strategies and apply tactics to data sets.

  • Support Centene requests with the translation of ideas into actionable items for operational areas in effort to enhance conversion efforts.

  • Provide education and training on conversion and retention tools and activities, understand value proposition in the conversion strategy, and effectively communicate to impacted staff/operational areas.

  • Recommends synergies and opportunities for process improvements.

  • Manages and coordinates HR System updates and Workday EIBs. Understands and coordinates impacts with HRIS and HRIT resources.

  • Determines alternative technology solutions to achieve client needs; creates strong relationships to gain influence and agreement

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management or equivalent experience.

5+ years of product or client management, customer service or other related experience.

IT experience/knowledge preferred.

Workday Preferred – Workday HCM strongly preferred

Project Management experience preferred

Possesses strong written and verbal communication, planning and analytical skills.
