Let's talk about the role: 

We are seeking an experienced and driven Retail State Sales Manager to lead our South Australia Retail business and achieve our commercial targets. This is an incredible opportunity to use your retail leadership skills in an environment that genuinely changes people's lives. You will inspire your team to achieve their best, help people reach their full potential, and drive performance in stores. 
  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Achieve South Australia retail commercial targets 
• Drive a culture laser-focused on exceptional customer service in-store 
• Lead and manage retail teams effectively 
• Mentor and manage a driven team across multiple stores, helping them meet growth objectives and sales targets 
• Coach, provide regular feedback, and manage performance 
• Ensure consistent branding and presentation standards 
• Plan for, and participate in, the hiring and training of all store employees 
• Develop and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders and allied health professionals such as GPs and sleep professionals within the state 
• Work collaboratively with multi-function teams and other state managers 
• Identify efficiencies and improvements to increase sales and manage costs 

Let's talk about you: 

• At least three years of success within a multi-site management role in retail 
• A high-performing leader who can help their team achieve their potential 
• Ability to recruit and motivate a team 
• Sales-focused, goal-driven, with a sound knowledge of KPI reporting 
• Strong focus on delivering amazing customer experiences 
• A team player who can work as part of a national team, influence, and share knowledge for the development of the entire retail team 
• Demonstrated experience in improving store operations and processes 
• A self-starter with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 
• Sets standards, manages to these standards, and doesn’t settle for anything less 
• Well-developed computer literacy skills 
• Experience in the healthcare industry is desirable but not necessary – we are looking for someone passionate about helping people and developing leaders along the way!
