The Agent Experience team at Squarespace builds the engine that powers our world-class Customer Operations department. Our mission is to empower over 600 support professionals with high-leverage tools that resolve hundreds of thousands of customer requests daily.
As a Backend Engineer on this team, you aren’t just maintaining internal tools. You are architecting a high-throughput ecosystem that combines personalised self-help guidance, usability, and technical excellence. You’ll work alongside Senior and Staff engineers, Data Analysts, and the Customer Operations department to solve complex technical challenges and ensure that our Customer Operations Agents have the tools necessary to empower our customers’ business growth.
This is a hybrid role, based 3 days a week out of our office in Dublin, Ireland. The Agent Experience team is centred in Dublin, and the successful candidate will report to the Engineering Team Manager in our Dublin office.
