We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior-level Consulting Professional to join our Management team as a Technology Consulting Partner.  Our ideal candidate will help drive the growth of our Technology Consulting Practice by leading both business development efforts and managing projects for current and new clients specifically focused in the Private Equity space.  You will be responsible leading the business development process from initial account meeting to solution definition and estimating the proposal development to deal closure and additionally, you will also provide project oversight through all phases of an engagement lifecycle.

The Technology Consulting Partner will ideally have a proven background of Consulting Solution implementations in Private Equity and extensive Practice Management experience overall.  Our ideal Candidate will have a solid working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft infrastructure solutions along with Managed IT Services.  In addition, they should have an understanding of IT operations, industry best practices, business processes and technology architecture and designs.

The Strategy this role will be expected to effectively execute will be to expand our market share in Private Equity by collaborating with the different Solution Set Leaders, Marketing and Sales to align services, guide IP development, define value proposition and develop effective messaging to the market. 

In this role, you will be accountable for:

  • Practice Development/Business Development/Sales Enablement

  • Practice Management

  • People Management

  • Portfolio/Delivery Management

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of selling and delivering technology consulting services in Private Equity

  • 10+ years of working with and leading consulting projects and consulting management experience with financial and managerial responsibilities

  • Deep knowledge of Private Equity, specifically focused on merger and acquisition IT carve-outs

  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level

  • Proficient in using sales and negotiation techniques and tools

  • Demonstrated experience working with Infrastructure/Managed IT Services and other implementation methodology and program management techniques

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an IT related field and/or Business Administration, Accounting or Finance

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills

  • Prior hands-on experience and/or exposure working within the Microsoft Stack and/or infrastructure solutions
