We're seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our founders in a fast-paced startup environment. In this critical role, you'll be directly supporting both the CEO & CTO, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and strategic support that enables our executives to focus on driving the company's vision and growth.
NOTE: This is a contract-to-hire position, with the potential to transition to a full-time role after a 2-month contract.
About You
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level leadership at a startup or tech company
Located in the San Francisco Bay Area, willing to come in office on our anchor days, Monday, Thursday, Friday
Be available from 8am - 4pm, plus occasional after hours based on business needs
Proven track record of supporting high-level executives
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Proficient in: Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Superhuman, Asana, 1Password, Microsoft Suite
Day-to-Day This Might Include
Triaging emails, running through executives’ day to day, prioritize emails and meetings
Scheduling and coordinating meetings for CEO and CTO
Preparing comprehensive meeting materials, including:
Creating calendar invites
Developing agenda outlines
Preparing slide deck templates
Managing pre-read and follow-up communications
Complex calendar management across multiple time zones
Manage travel coordination
Expense report management
Assisting with presentations and other administrative tasks
Supporting People & Operations Program Manager in employee engagement activities
