About the Role & Program

The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) is looking for a Learning Delivery Intern to join the Learning and Talent Solutions (L&TS) Center of Excellence. This team is a highly visible group that plays an integral role in developing leaders and building the employee experience across the organization!
What You Will Do
Support the daily operations of both virtual and in-person employee development experiences by researching and documenting regional resources, calendaring of sessions, working with stakeholders across multiple time zones, and providing access to resources and materials.
Execute logistical deliverables for New Hire Orientation and leadership development programs, such as enrollment management, communication deployment, inbox management, and materials inventory.
Maintain program offerings and accurate enrollment data in Learning Management System
Assist in delivering virtual learning experiences via Zoom and other platforms; moderate breakout rooms, chats, and other tools during live virtual sessions.
Travel locally to set up and tear down events, often several per week, including driving personal vehicle within Burbank and Glendale to transport materials as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven professionalism and integrity in written and verbal communication, thoughtfully interacting with all levels of employees
Demonstrated project management, data management and organization skills
Experience working in both PC and Mac environments
Intermediate Excel skills

Education
- A junior, senior or recent graduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 - June 2025
Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
This internship is a primarily on-site position -- Must be able to provide own housing and reliable transportation for work in the Burbank, CA area. Also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace.
The pay rate for this internship in California is $22.00 per hour.
