Group Summary:

1．生产制度

1）根据工厂整体制造战略，做好车间生产制造能力预测，根据车间产能制定生产需求（人、机、料、法）

2）组织班组对工厂与车间各项管理标准、规定与制度的执行，并进行指导与监督，以确保相关制度与规定得到有效落实。

3）依据MPL管理体系中相关流程,督促及协调生产过程

2．生产管理

1）根据工厂制造物流科的月度生产计划，制定本车间的生产日排程计划。

2）负责本车间生产经营工作的总调度，确保各项生产指标的实现

3）根据制造物流科的要求组织车间在制品盘点与系统数据的更新，并检查监督班组在制品的管理状况，及订单关闭状况

4）检查与监督生产执行过程中的异常情况，并及时汇报，确保生产顺利开展

5）对车间班组影响内部、工厂及客户等生产交付，提出考评处理

3．生产准备

负责管理车间刀具清单、寿命跟踪及月度需求申报 组织建立车间设备台帐，定期盘点，确保账实相符

4. MAFACT管理

支持车间Mafact运行工作，监督班组执行状况 进行分层审核 现场先进先出管理 驱动现场持续改进 执行其他MAFACT条款要求

5．遵守与执行体系要求

1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求

2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作

3）主管应确保工人：

(a) 遵照国家和公司法令法规工作，防护设备、措施和程序；

(b)使用或佩戴公司要求的设备、防护装置或服装。

4）组织本班组员工认真学习贯彻执行国家和本公司有关安全生产、环境保护的规章制度，对班组安全、环保工作负责。

5）负责组织好班组员工安全、环保宣传教育活动，教育员工认真遵守安全操作规程及废弃物投放的规定。

6）每周检查本班组设备、设施、电器及场地道路、工位器具、消防器材等的安全状态，发现隐患及时采取措施整改。如若解决不了，则报告领导。

7）发生工伤事故，要详细记录。组织全班组工人认真分析、吸取教训，提出防范措施。发生重伤或死亡事故要保护现场，立即上报并如实向调查组提供事故情况。

8）组织每天班前召开班组安全会议，做到安全第一，预防事故的发生。

9）做好新职工的三级安全教育，督促职工正确使用防护用品。

10）搞好班组安全活动。

6．领导交办的其他业务

1）负责车间制造成本控制管理（人力、辅料、能耗等）

2）负责车间生产人员需求及跟踪补员到位

3）对车间经理安排的临时性任务负责处理

4）协助车间经理对生产、领班及车间日常事务管理工作
