The Role - Salesforce Administrator (6 month FTC)

Genius Sports is looking for a Salesforce Administrator on an initial 6 month engagement to help with the implementation of Einstein, general improvements to our marketing and Sales pipelines and other project work that may arise.

Who you are:

  • A superb communicator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • A strategic thinker and pragmatic problem solver, able to understand the outcomes that the business needs to see and work out the right order to do things
  • You will likely have Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant, Account Engagement Specialist and perhaps have Data Cloud Consultant certificates

 

What you'll bring:

Einstein Analytics Expertise:

  • Proficient in creating conversational experiences within the Salesforce environment using Einstein Bots3.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, journey orchestration, data segmentation, CRM integration, event management, and campaign analytics.

Pipeline Efficiency Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve pipeline efficiency by streamlining processes and automating workflows.
  • Implement best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.

Marketing Strategy Implementation:

  • Work closely with marketing teams to align Salesforce capabilities with marketing strategies.

Data Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor platform performance and ensure data quality by maintaining clean, accurate records as we roll out Einstein

User Training and Support:

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize adoption and proficiency of Einstein

Business Process Optimization:

  • Identify general opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.

 

How we work

Most of your stakeholders are in departments who spend 2 days a week in the London office in Soho Square, and you will need to be able to collaborate with them in person as and when required.  This will probably look like being in the office twice per week, but we work flexibly to balance the needs of people, projects and office space correctly.
