What can you expect to do?
• Plan, execute, and manage multichannel Marketing campaigns including but not limited to social media, paid search, sponsored content, thought leadership, industry conferences, virtual events, PR, and email
• Lead Executive presence and ProcureAbility’s engagement across LinkedIn and Reddit
• Lead internal Communications, including drafting communications and providing a real-time calendar for Executives
• Assist in managing the lifecycle of creating, activating, tracking, and reporting on a series of integrated, upper-funnel marketing activities aimed at raising awareness and consideration of ProcureAbility as a leading provider of procurement and supply chain services
• Translate business goals into comprehensive marketing strategies, resulting in increased demand generation, brand awareness, brand equity, and lead generation for ProcureAbility
• Leading and directing conference planning, execution, and KPI analysis, with an eye on continuous improvement for future events
• Prep senior-level speakers and development of their presentations for industry conferences and events
• Lead our industry firm and individual awards strategy and execution
• Develop compelling internal and external messaging, and solution positioning narratives including success stories in collaboration with the service delivery team
• Support the development and execution of a content strategy that focuses on building differentiated messaging and value propositions, as well as complementary Marketing assets
• Develop the approach from strategy to execution to optimization and prepare key milestone updates and results for a senior management audience
• Serve as a brand steward and ambassador for ProcureAbility
• Bring creative, actionable ideas and innovative Marketing strategies to drive lead generation.
• Manage and develop the talent of other marketing team members
• HubSpot management, metrics tracking, and enhancements
• Aggregate insights from different data sets to help make data-driven decisions
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing Marketing metrics/data.
• Accurately plan, manage, and complete both individual and team projects on time
• Enhance brand visibility and awareness of our solutions via social media, podcasts, advertising, web content, and writing short form marketing copy (examples may include social media posts, invitation and thank you emails, internal newsletters promos, internal communications, and more.)
What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?
• 12+ years of related experience in Marketing, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy and planning; MBA in Marketing preferred
• Understanding of integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results
• Prior procurement industry experience a plus
• HubSpot certification and skilled in the use of WordPress a plus
• Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and tech platforms to be able to pull data from those sources to communicate the value Marketing delivers
• Team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously to meet high expectations and deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• High proficiency PowerPoint, MS Excel, Wrike, and Canva design skills required
• Capability to collaborate with people across all levels of business with a keen client service orientation and a focus on building high quality relationships
• Familiarity with implementing AI and technology tools in Marketing to increase efficiency and ROI
• Managing external vendors working concurrently on diverse types of deliverables
• Capability to collaborate with people across the business with a high, client-service orientation and a focus on building productive, long-term relationships
• Proactive self-starter who can roll up their sleeves and work both independently and collaboratively
• Extremely organized and adaptable with excellent time-management skills
• Keen attention to detail – ability to plan, organize, and execute with excellence
• Results-oriented with accountability and ability assess, quantify, and reevaluate Marketing strategies
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong integrity and work ethic
