We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive strategic decision-making and optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights. You will play a key role in understanding business objectives, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and process improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
Conduct market research, data analysis, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions.
Support Agile development processes, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization in business processes.
Prepare clear reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.

Requirements:
Experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, process modeling, and requirements gathering.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and SQL (preferred).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
