Job Description
Own and lead the end-to-end SAP security role redesign and implementation for ECC to S/4HANA transformation programs. Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient role design across all phases—from initial design through build, testing, deployment, and go-live.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall SAP security strategy, authorization concept, and role redesign for S/4HANA (Greenfield approach)
Drive security activities across Explore and Realize phases, including:
Analysis of existing ECC transactions and roles
Execution of GRC (GRAC) reports for risk identification
Conducting business workshops for role redesign and alignment
Design and implement:
Business roles (job-based roles)aligned to business functions)
Expereince in S4 role Design (backend roles and Fiori roles)
Develop and maintain the Role Design Matrix and ensure alignment with business processes
Oversee role build activities, including:
Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation
Transport management and change control
Governance and compliance adherence
Plan and manage security testing cycles:
Unit Testing (UT)
System Integration Testing (SIT)
Regression Testing
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Hypercare support
Coordinate cutover activities, including user setup and access provisioning for go-live
Proactively manage security risks, dependencies, and escalations across the transformation program
Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA Security and Authorizations
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA security role design and implementation
In-depth knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD), SAP GRC, compliance, and audit controls
Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori security concepts, including catalogs, groups, and role design
