What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?

Our expanding IBM business unit aims to strengthen its presence in Integration and IT Operations support solutions by recruiting a new presales colleague.

We will support our new colleague in becoming an expert on IBM Middleware and AIOps platforms, gaining experience in implementing enterprise integration and IT automation solutions.

We are looking for a new colleague who can assist our existing and new resellers in the following areas:

• Technical Support for Partners
  • Configurations
  • POC support
  • Creating a personal lab environment

• Client-side Support:
  • Pre-sales support, technical presentations
  • Client architectural planning

• Post-sales Support:
  • Client training
  • Managing support access
  • Maintaining knowledgebase, etc.

This field creates an excellent opportunity for the new colleague to become an expert in a sought-after area, as we not only provide access to IBM's knowledge base but also support their learning and allow them to gain real-world experience that can lay the foundation for a long-term professional career.
