As a Business Director...

We are looking for a Business Director to join our B2B offering within TMW – TMW Business. As a result of our recent acquisition by Accenture Song we are seeing some really exciting B2B marketing opportunities across Accenture’s client base. These opportunities are across all sectors from technology to finance and range from fully integrated requirements to campaigns, content ABM, and CRM.

This role is being recruited for in tandem with some exciting wins coming into the business. This role will likely focus on leading the UK and offshore teams for a global new business win for Accenture Song. It will be within the lubricant space and delivering work across both B2B (85%) and B2C (15%).

This role will involve working with the global client and Song teams, other Song hubs across the world as well as supporting the stand up and running of our own UK team.

You will have the support of the wider TMW Business team across Client Services, Strategy and Creative, as well as wider TMW and Accenture Song capabilities.

• Proven B2B marketing expertise, with experience spanning the full funnel from brand to demand, especially in ABM and content.

• Demonstrable experience in below-the-line (BTL) campaigns and account management, with a track record of delivering impactful, measurable results.

• Experience working in or with complex, global organisations, including direct collaboration with international teams on global accounts.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, knowing when to leverage wider team support.

• Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

Desirable (a plus)

• Experience in the lubricants and automotive sectors, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges, audiences, and opportunities.
