Producing high quality, accurate, and timely reports is one of the key aspects of providing superior service to our clients, prospects, and consultants. To that end, the reporting Team within Client Reporting Services (CRS) is responsible for maintaining and producing standard product related marketing and client materials as well as customized client reporting for an assigned suite of products. The reporting team broadly is expected to develop expertise in the approaches they cover and are expected to understand the portfolio’s outlook, process, positioning, strategy, and the current market environment. The team will be closely aligned with Investment Products & Strategies and serve as a subject matter expert to CSG and GRG broadly.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Creation of Client Investment Review and Portfolio View.
  • Ability to understand, evaluate Capital Market and financial product requirements.
  • Ability to understand business processes to verify effectiveness of controls, mitigate risks, and suggest changes to control descriptions as needed.
  • Analytically sound to take decisions on controls.
  • Ability to understand Complex Documentation.
  • Perform assignments/tasks.
  • Ability to review all written materials.
  • Should be a self-starter, motivated and highly energized individual to compete with the complexity of the process.
  • Ability to interact with internal stakeholders to explain the process and present the process.
  • Recognizes and/or articulates basic concepts, facts, methods, techniques in day-to-day work experiences.
  • Applies detailed knowledge and skills to complex (or new) work situations in multiple settings.
  • Trains other team members with complex scenarios/skills required to deliver efficient BAU

Additional Responsibilities

  • Active involvement in transformation and/or optimization initiatives to improve the efficiency/effectiveness of the process
  • Develop strong working relationships with Sales, Trading Desks, Middle office, external counterparty and other Business teams.
  • Will be expected to develop credibility and a good reputation and demonstrate integrity with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines

KEY SKILL AREAS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • Any Graduation with capital market knowledge
  • Minimum 4-6 years of Capital Market experience
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Willing to work in night shifts (between 4pm IST to 2am IST)
  • Willing to work in Indian Holidays
  • Knowledge of Seismic Platform would be an added advantage.
