JOB PROFILE SUMMARY
- Leads business development projects and/or strategic planning for ELDS China. Acts as a partner for the team's management in the development and implementation of winning strategies. Creates proposals for profitable growth and differentiation, based on deep understanding of businesses and market environment.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops a clear understanding of market developments and the competitive environment of relevant ELDS China businesses to generate new ideas.
- Identifies and analyzes major trends, strategic opportunities, and/or challenges for ABB, including sustainability.
- Organizes and synthesizes facts into clear analysis to provide impactful insights for strategic, operational, and sustainability related initiatives.
- Develops strategic and analytical frameworks and creates work plans that translate strategic frameworks into concrete actions and deliverables and aligns them with stakeholders.
- Leads/executes key parts of strategic projects, including project management and coordination with cross-business teams.
- Drives alignment with cross-business teams and ensures project progress and outputs are in line with defined work plans.
