DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER

The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for driving the implementation of the product innovation strategy with a strong focus on the MARLO platform features and enhancements as outlined on the Feature Roadmap.

This individual will draft user stories and acceptance criteria and partner with the Design and Engineering teams to deliver valuable features to the market on time. This Product leader will also work to identify KPIs and progress against them once outlined in partnership with the broader Product team.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Partner with the Product team to deliver features aligned to the Global Product Roadmap by drafting user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Define KPIs and monitor progress
  • Stay in sync with the Dev Engineering team on priorities and day-to-day decision making
  • Ensure interfaces and dependencies are considered
  • Perform regular product demos with the larger cross-functional team
  • Works closely with Product Director / Head of Product to establish product team’s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary
  • Collaborates with designers to integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to ensure

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Previous Product Owner/Manager experience (min. 3 years, preferred in ecommerce sector)
  • A software development background / technical acumen
  • Be comfortable working with cross functional teams (different time zones/international teams)
  • A deep understanding and experience with Agile Methodologies
  • Great communication skills, English fluent
  • Experience within JIRA and any SCRUM or equivalent certificate for Product Owner or other
