As a Marketing Management Specialist – AIA Vitality in the Product & Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in delivering integrated marketing initiatives that drive AIA Vitality forward, building on customer acquisition, and member engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you’ll bring campaigns to life across digital and CRM channels, combining insight, creativity, and data to deliver measurable growth.

- Drive growth by leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that increase awareness, acquisition, and member engagement.
- Translate insights into action by using customer and market data to design targeted campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Champion customer experience by developing always-on and lifecycle CRM programmes that boost activation, retention, and loyalty.
- Collaborate for impact by partnering with internal teams and agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.

Your Capabilities | Ō Āheinga
- You bring experience delivering successful direct or digital marketing initiatives, ideally within large or complex organisations.
- You have a strong understanding of the New Zealand marketing landscape and customer behaviour.
- You bring the ability to think strategically while translating insights into clear, actionable campaigns that deliver results.
- You have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling you to build relationships and influence outcomes.
- You bring project management skills and experience managing multiple priorities while working with cross-functional teams and agencies.
- You may also have a relevant tertiary qualification and experience with marketing analytics, ROI measurement, and data-driven optimisation.
