Inside the Role

As a Digital Fleet Specialist on the Aftermarket Digital Experience (ADX) team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and improving Excelerator Fleet Solutions, a key driver of fleet parts sales growth. Excelerator is DTNA’s premier Aftermarket eCommerce platform, utilized by our dealers and customers for efficient and streamlined Parts business operations, and is expanding to incorporate other lines of business including extended warranty and connectivity services. The Excelerator Fleet Team improves the ease of doing business for large fleet customers by collaborating closely with DTNA’s Fleet Part Sales team to develop customized digital solutions based on individual fleet capabilities and needs. This position requires a unique combination of skills – versatility, collaboration, innovation, customer advocacy, customer support, data analysis, project management, technical troubleshooting, process mapping, reporting, and future enhancement identification and ideation.

Position offers a starting salary range of $78,000 - $100,000 USD 

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience​

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Serve as the primary lead for S1 VIP Fleets, working with fleets to assess their parts ordering and Excelerator setup requirements, coordinating with dealers to complete Excelerator onboarding, and delivering training and support as needed.

  • Work closely with the Excelerator Fleet Team Lead, Fleet Boost Operations, National Parts Managers, and District Parts Managers to conquest new Excelerator Fleet Solutions customers and execute on our growth strategy.

  • Assist in the rollout, support, and maintenance of new S2 electronic ordering and S3 punchout fleets.

  • Provide day-to-day support to assigned fleets, including timely troubleshooting of all issues and requests. Conduct in-depth analysis of issues, identify trends, and provide recommendations for resolution.

  • Thoroughly test new Excelerator fleet functionality, enhancements, and changes. Assist in drafting fleet testing plans and coordinate with assigned fleets for customer/user acceptance testing.

  • Participate in dealer focus groups and fleet/NAM workshops to identify pain points and define solutions. Champion and coordinate assigned enhancements and changes with IT and fleets.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, sales, marketing, or related field and 2-4 years of relevant experience required OR 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree required

  • Technical customer service, support, and/or troubleshooting experience

  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail

  • Strong data analysis skills

  • Ability to efficiently switch between tasks and manage multiple priorities

  • Proven experience in Excel and PowerPoint, including proven experience with pivot tables


Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Understanding of aftermarket related business and the DTNA network

  • Experience with Excelerator.com, Excelerator Connect, and Excelerator Analytics

  • Familiarity with web service interfaces and web based technology

  • Experience with Tableau or other related reporting tools

  • Experience with Paragon Parts System

  • Experience with PartsProX

  • Project Management experience

  • Experience with Jira
