Key Responsibilities

•Lead consulting engagements focused on optimizing spare parts supply chain processes, including planning, execution, inventory management, order management, and reverse logistics.
•Develop and implement strategic plans to improve parts availability, reduce lead times, minimize inventory carrying costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
•Assess and analyze current supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
•Manage reverse logistics processes to ensure efficient handling of returns, repairs, and exchanges, minimizing costs and maximizing customer satisfaction.
•Develop and implement warranty management strategies to reduce warranty costs, improve response times, and enhance customer experiences.
•Utilize data analytics and supply chain modeling tools to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and improve order management.
•Collaborate with client teams across various functions, such as procurement, operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of supply chain initiatives.
•Driving the sales growth through participation in business development activities, development of thought leadership content, including white papers & presentations, monitoring industry trends for key potential opportunities & threats.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
•7-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on spare parts planning, inventory management, reverse logistics, and warranty management.
•Proven experience in supply chain consulting or in-house supply chain roles, with a demonstrated ability to lead and deliver successful projects.
•Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, order management, and reverse logistics.
•Experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP eSPP, Servigistics, Oracle SPP, Baxter Planning, IFS Service Parts Management, PTC ) and data analysis tools.
•Experience in working in Services Supply Chain model on Service supply chain Strategy, Digital Aftersales support, Reverse Logistics for repairs and returns, Spare Parts Planning and control
