About the Role

Responsible for developing and delivering training curriculums of AIA products and services to agents and partners

工作职责：

• 依据相关带班或项目操作流程，统筹和实施业务主管培训项目（20%）
• 讲授业务主管培训课程（50%）
• 协助小组负责人对业务主管培训教材、相关培训资料进行维护与更新（10%） 向CHO及时准确提供相关数据报表 (10%)）
• 小组负责人安排的其它工作，或在部门的统一协调下支持部门内其它培训课程与项目（10%）

任职要求：

• 本科或以上学历
• 3年以上相关金融或保险行业工作经验，1年以上主管培训或团队管理经验
• 具备良好的培训技巧及业务推动能力
• 具备专业的保险基础知识及保险销售理论知识
• 有责任心，主动积极，与同事保持良好的团队协作
• 电脑操作熟练(特别是Excel \ Powerpoint使用) 优秀的普通话
