Design, deploy, and manage security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, antivirus, and endpoint detection systems.
Monitor and analyze security alerts from various sources (SIEM, EDR, threat intel feeds).
Investigate and respond to security incidents, including root cause analysis and mitigation.
Perform vulnerability assessments and provide remediation recommendations.
Work with IT teams to ensure security controls are effectively integrated into new and existing systems.
Maintain and enhance documentation for system configurations, standard operating procedures, and incident response plans.
Stay current with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions.
Support compliance efforts (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, PDPA) through technical enforcement and audit readiness.
Provide technical security guidance and support to project teams and business units.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with security technologies such as firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet), SIEM (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight), endpoint protection, and vulnerability scanners.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, networking concepts, and common attack vectors (e.g., DDoS, phishing, malware).
Familiar with incident response lifecycle, digital forensics, and security operations best practices.
