Roles & Responsibilities: - Application Lead and SME on nCino Salesforce skills. - Drive complete TDLC cycle from requirement understanding to deployment for nCino/Saleforce applications. - Recommend OOTB nCino/Salesforce solution and minimize customization to design and built business requirement. - All solution should adhere to nCino Gold standards and Salesforce best practices keeping governor limits into consideration - Collaborate with client and Accenture stakeholders to keep them informed about the status and progress, highlighting risks early - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. - Perform code/config reviews to ensure quality delivery - Work as hands on contributor on stories/tasks - Guide and groom team members on nCino and Salesforce - Supporting on defect fixing during SIT and UAT phases - Support deployment across environments as applicable - Recommend enhancements and adoption to platform and processes, bring in innovation solutions to enhance productivity and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in nCino Bank Operating System, Salesforce - Apex, Triggers, Integrations, Flows - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with DevOps tools like Copado, AutoRABBIT, AzureDevOps, branching and deployment strategies. - Strong understanding of nCino Deployments specific to Record based configurations - Ability to analyze and optimize workflows for improved efficiency. - Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools. - Good to have nCino 201 and 301 Certifications, Salesforce Platform Developer 1, any of Salesforce Architecture Certifications Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience and Salesforce and 5 years of experience in nCino Bank Operating System. - This position is based at our Pune, Magarpatta office only. - A 15 year full time education is required.
