What You'll Do

As a Parts Sales Representative, you will play an important role in supporting our customers and operational teams by providing exceptional service and parts expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting all aspects of parts sales operations
• Providing front counter sales support to customers
• Supporting shop parts sales and internal service teams
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Sourcing and ordering used parts as required
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Participating in customer service, call quality, and performance initiatives
• Assisting with inventory control and inventory management activities
• Performing warehouse duties as required
• Participating in health and safety initiatives
• Supporting continuous improvement projects and special assignments
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

• Journeyperson Parts Certification
• Previous parts sales experience
• Caterpillar product knowledge
• A positive attitude and strong commitment to customer service
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A collaborative approach and commitment to building respectful working relationships
• The ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Experience with the following systems is considered an asset:

• SIS
• AIMS
• Antares
• SIMSi
• InfoCast
• Lawson M3
• Landmark Smart Office
• M3 Sales Automation
• Microsoft Office Suite

Industry experience in any of the following areas would also be considered an asset:

• Mining
• Heavy Construction
• Heavy Equipment
• Industrial Technology Products

Additional Information

This position is part of a unionized environment. Candidate selection will be conducted in accordance with the terms of the current Collective Agreement.

While this role is currently scheduled as a Monday to Friday, 40-hour per week position, future shift changes may occur and will be administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable Collective Agreement.
