Let’s talk about the role.

As an Associate Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting inward material flow of raw components into the receiving warehouse at our Bella Vista site. You will also be supporting activities that deliver components and products to both internal and external customers and to support the business in inventory management.

Key responsibilities include ensuring effective goods receipt, storage and handling of product, tools and services whilst adhering to ResMed Quality and Health & Safety policies and procedures.

A typical day may look like:

• Goods receipt processing of components into our Oracle system, PO and ASN receipts
• Prioritising stock for sorting, and storage, quality control labelling,
• Processing the transfer of stock from 3PL’s into our Bella Vista site and monitoring product put aways.
• Arranging adhoc deliveries from our 3PL
• Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding flow of materials through the warehouse to production.
• Ensure the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control.
