Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced CyberArk Senior Analyst to join our team in a support capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. This role focuses on BAU support activities, including issue resolution, user support, system monitoring, and enhancement of existing configurations to ensure a secure and stable PAM environment Roles & Responsibilities: -Provide Level 2/3 support for CyberArk PAM infrastructure (including PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault, and EPM). -Monitor system health, performance, and availability of CyberArk components. -Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and problems related to CyberArk. -Support onboarding and offboarding of privileged accounts, safes, and platforms. -Work with application and infrastructure teams to integrate systems with CyberArk. -Perform periodic reviews, health checks, and compliance reporting. -Implement minor configuration changes as per change management processes. -Collaborate with Cybersecurity, IAM, and Infrastructure teams for incident response and improvements. -Lead patching, upgrades, and disaster recovery activities. -Maintain documentation of operational procedures and technical configurations. Professional & Technical Skills: -Hands-on experience in CyberArk support or administration. -Strong knowledge of CyberArk components: PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault, PTA, EPM etc. -Experience in onboarding privileged accounts and setting up access controls. -Understanding of Windows and Linux server environments. -Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for automation tasks. -Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, networking, and security principles. -CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) or other relevant CyberArk certifications. -Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems (ServiceNow). -Knowledge of regulatory standards such as SOX, PCI. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
