Key Responsibilities

• Lead global ownership for our demand creation go-to-market strategy for the Automotive & Transportation segment.
• Anticipate segment trends and growth opportunities to stay ahead of the market.
• Drive strategic partnerships with world-leading electronic component manufacturers to introduce and deliver cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions that address evolving customer needs and market trends.
• Create and enable engineering value propositions for the focus segments & applications.
• Develop and deploy global and regional segment growth plans with clear milestones and objectives.
• Align vertical segment growth strategy with engineering capabilities.
• Drive demand creation execution in partnership with regional sales and engineering teams.
• Establish target account mapping by focus segment and application.
• Collaborate with supplier, digital, and technology segment marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience from Automotive & Transportation or related industries.
• Strong understanding of engineering-driven value propositions and technical marketing.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans across global and regional markets.
