Job Description Summary

               

This Customer Service, Planning & Logistics (CSP&L) position will be responsible for aligning with Win as 1 focus on Safety, Quality, Cost and Service. This position will contribute to delivering Supply Chain KPI’s. This individual is responsible for developing, maintaining, and servicing strong relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, and Customers.

Job Description

  • Provides business development support to the sales team and Supply Chain Customer Facing Directors.
  • Supports efforts around customer events and activities including planning customer tours.
  • Contributes to delivering/exceeding Win as 1 KPI’s in Safety, Quality, Cost and Service through proactive order verse forecast analysis, collaboration with Production Planning on opportunities and timing of high-risk item shortages, timely communications with sales on order fulfillment, monitoring and advising on special sales as needed and frequency communications with the TM and OTC teams.
  • Represents supply chain in weekly calls with regional sales to review supply chain KPI’s and provide updates on supply chain activities.
  • Manages Limited Time Offerings (LTO) Coordination by leading meetings with operations, planning, deployment, warehousing logistics and customer centric operations. Monitors production, shipments, forecasts, and leads communication with commercial, CFD’s and CCO specialists.
  • Aligns with sales teams on forecasts, utilizes salesforce tools and works with planning on forecast adjustments.
  • Updates shipment allocations aligned with forecast adjustments.
  • Leads healthy inventory reviews and communicates inventory status to commercial leadership on weekly basis.
  • Acts as linkage between Commercial and CSP&L by monitoring customer specific orders, ensuring forecast matches future production and making changes to current production schedules based on market needs.
  • Analyzes forecast to identify risks for order fulfillment.
  • Leads and supports special projects as assigned.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Education/ Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or related field required

Skills and Experience:

  • 4-years International Business or US Chain experience preferred
  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business management skills, including financial management skills and a strategic mindset
  • Ability to be a team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Effective communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Self-starter with high level of integrity
  • Ability in and/or capacity to learn DOMO, Salesforce, Excel, or other sales analysis tools
  • Ability in and/or capacity to learn in coordinating with customers and sales team to support increase in sales and business development efforts

  • Ability to develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal customers, peers and effectively managing those relationships

Physical Environment/Demands:

  • Some travel may be required.
  • Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
  • Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate’s work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $74,190.00 - $111,300.00
