Marsh is looking for a SharePoint Specialist to join the Technology Communications team to design and maintain intranet solutions for our global tech organization. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and will follow a hybrid working model (in office three times per week). The role focuses on building end-to-end SharePoint sites that surface technology news, events and resources and enable a better internal experience for distributed teams. 

We will count on you to: 

• Design, build and maintain end-to-end SharePoint sites for the technology organization, including site architecture, page templates and web parts. 

• Translate stakeholder needs into user-friendly intranet pages and site structures that surface technology news, events and resources. 

• Collaborate with communications colleagues on article/announcement templates and ensure content is published consistently across sites. 

• Provide hands-on SharePoint development/configuration and ongoing maintenance, including troubleshooting and performance optimization. 

• Ensure SharePoint sites align with global brand and design standards and integrate with other internal tools as needed. 

What you need to have: 

• Demonstrable experience building full SharePoint sites (site collections, pages, templates, permissions, web parts) — portfolio or examples required. 

• Strong design sense and experience producing well-structured, user-centric intranet pages. 

• Technical proficiency with SharePoint Online, modern page authoring, SPFx or equivalent configuration/development tools. 

• Solid stakeholder engagement skills to gather requirements and iterate on site designs. 

• Ability to work independently on technical implementation while coordinating with content owners. 

What makes you stand out: 

• Experience in enterprise environments supporting large, distributed tech teams. 

• Familiarity with integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 apps and automation (Power Automate, Teams integrations). 

• Basic content-authoring skills or experience crafting internal articles (nice-to-have — not essential). 

• Previous work aligning SharePoint designs with centralized communications/branding teams.
