Senior Solution Architect

As new features are developed to enrich the company website / mobile apps (like, SAM app, MFP digital app, ...) to facilitate both customers and agents on the operation and process need, the Senior Solution Architect will support the rapid growth on Microservices & Cloud features (Cloud Migration and the digital transformation with different cloud vendor or solution). In addition to re-platform the applications, the responsibility will also include elements of digital transformation with a more flexible cloud architecture for future expansion. 

The Senior Solution Architect will be responsible to lead the delivery and continuous correspondent support and maintenance of the digital features.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for architectural design, issues and solutions considerations; apply industry best practices to create scalable and secure solutions that have superior technical performance

  • Responsible for product architectural design, issues and solutions considerations for value streams

  • Designs complex component architectures

  • Assists with design of application architectures

  • Maintain component architecture

  • Designs templates and complex solution components for software and platform engineers to use

  • Troubleshoots mis-specified component architectures and rapidly corrects them

  • Has positive impact to specific organizational entities

  • Understands nature of the impact

  • Works across small to medium sized teams with common purpose setting guidelines and clarifying outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience on technology product delivery and 5+ years’ experience on leading large project / transformation delivery.

  • Manages delivery team of engineers & professionals with plans and technical priorities to meet service, program, business and/or operational objectives`

  • Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends course of action and best practices to improve products, processes or services

  • Commercial environment expertise and knowledge of market best practice.

  • Center of expertise leaders use analytical thought to contribute to the development of new solutions and lead the evaluation of complex problems

  • Guides and influences others either internally or externally to adopt a different point of view

  • Center of expertise leaders communicate difficult concepts and information to customers and convert technical information into business advice

  • Experience on AliCloud and TOGAF certification is definitely an advantage
