What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs. Support end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple rounds – HR, technical, and leadership panels – under guidance. Coordinate with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to align availability across time zones and locations. Handle calendar management, interview invites, reminders, and rescheduling with speed and accuracy. Help ensure smooth execution of interviews – virtual meeting links, meeting rooms, and panel readiness. Assist in coordinating assessments – online / offline, case studies, tests – and track completion. Talent Acquisition involves identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. This includes creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The goal is to fill positions with the best talent efficiently. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is essential for building a strong and capable workforce. Share instructions, timelines, and follow-ups with candidates for assessments and interview logistics. Follow up with interviewers and evaluators to collect feedback after every round. Flag delays or bottlenecks proactively to the senior team for quick resolution. Maintain accurate data in the ATS and scheduling trackers at every stage of the pipeline. Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps. Act as a support point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and interview panels through the hiring cycle. Contribute to a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication. Update structured trackers for interviews, assessments, and feedback for daily and weekly reporting. Learn and apply the team’s scheduling and coordination workflows to build speed and accuracy over time.
What are we looking for? Exposure to interview scheduling, coordination, or admin-heavy roles in a corporate or shared-services setup. Comfort with calendar tools such as Outlook and Google Calendar for basic scheduling across time zones. Basic understanding or willingness to learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and interview scheduling platforms. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage high-volume tasks with the team’s guidance. Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily tasks. Strong follow-up, responsiveness, and attention to detail across every touchpoint in the interview cycle. Ability to handle last-minute changes and reschedules calmly with support from the senior team. Good communication skills with a polite, candidate-first approach in every interaction. Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets skills for updating trackers, filters, and simple daily status views. Willingness to learn assessment coordination and feedback tracking under guidance. Comfort working with ATS, calendars, and tracking sheets in a fast-paced hiring environment. Good proficiency in the English language for candidate emails, invites, and stakeholder communication. Ability to solve routine scheduling issues and escalate the rest with clear context to seniors. Basic awareness of hiring processes, compliance norms, and data privacy while handling candidate information.
