Summary: As an IT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT production systems and services. Your typical day will involve driving incident, issue, and outage management, as well as investigation and restoration. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing excellent customer service. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Manage the delivery of IT production systems and services. - Drive incident, issue, and outage management. - Investigate and restore IT issues. - Provide excellent customer service. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT-related problems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration. -Excellent knowledge in AWS infrastructure o Golden Image rotation = monthly o Maintain backup ? Database (MySQL) ? EFS volumes ? EC2 AMI ? ASG updates o RDS – High Availability (Multi AZ) o AWS ECS container o Lambda o Load Balancer: Application and Classic o S3 o Secrets o API Gateway o Lambda o CloudWatch - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies. - Knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies. - Familiarity with network protocols and security principles. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
