Let’s talk about this role 

As a Marketing and Content Specialist within the nib Thrive Marketing and Communications team, you'll report to the Senior Manager and support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and content for our Thrive business, enhancing both participant and provider experiences. 

Daily responsibilities will include copywriting, content publishing and the creation of digital content to engage, educate and inspire relevant audiences including – with a key measure of success being to improve member engagement, as well as driving business growth goals. 

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to help you develop the right content engagement strategies 

  • Produce high quality content across a range of mediums and channels 

  • Support on government and policy led communication and content  

Let’s talk about you 

Your exceptional written communication skills and experience in the disability sector will be key to your success in this role, along with your ability to tailor content for diverse audiences and purposes. 

  • 3-5 years' experience working in a corporate business 

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal 

  • Demonstrated ability/experience in copywriting 

  • Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities 

  • Ability to work to deadlines & deliverables 

  • Experience in and understanding of the Disability sector
