What You’ll Do :
  • Assist in taking ownership of merchant management in the attraction vertical of Klook
  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the Sales team
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders from marketing to product for online and offline operations for key suppliers
  • Coordination: Work closely with various functions in the company - marketing to maximize sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and repeat purchases. Flexibility and attentiveness to details are essential in our fast paced environment

What You’ll Need :
  • 1 year of experience in Account Management/ client servicing in a B2B environment is preferred (relevant internship experience will be considered)
  • Meticulous attention to details
  • A hardworking, creative, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teams across different offices and different cultural backgrounds
  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves mindset that’s not afraid to work independently when required
