TCS WPM department information

“Total Customer Satisfaction” (TCS) organization, covering AMIEO region incl. Europe, is end-to-end responsible for customer satisfaction. This responsibility is for both “product” as well as “experience” throughout the complete lifetime of the customer journey.

As part of TCS, “Warranty Parts Management” (WPM) main responsibilities are Vehicle Off Road management and to manage the return flow of warranty parts from dealers to various destinations, often via the parts return center in Amsterdam. By returning warranty parts, WPM supports product quality improvement e.g., by engineers, Nissan plants or suppliers.

Main objectives & responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the WPM Country Responsible team for Euro markets and dealer networks.
  • Support Vehicle Off Road (VOR) processes by preparing daily and monthly reports.
  • Provide dealer support by responding to Support Line Tool (SLT) tickets regarding parts return flows.
  • Report monthly outofline performance of logistics carriers and markets.
  • Support daytoday departmental administrative tasks (upload of files in database; excel file updates).

What we’re looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree or comparable by work experience, e.g. logistics related.
  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics/supply chain and automotive sector is preferred.
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Ability to take on new tasks and learn new skills.
  • Ability to speak and read English fluently.
  • Office package proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access).
  • Team player.
  • Accurate.
  • Analytical.
  • The role requires flexibility to support evolving business needs.
