The College of Computing and Data Science (CCDS) invites applications for the position of Research Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and coordinate extensive software coding on the latest research platforms,

• Gain familiarity with existing research on diffusion models, particularly in relation to conditioning and guidance.

• Build and showcase research demo systems,

• Conduct data collection and processing,

• Write research papers.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, and from a reputable university

• Research experience in computer vision, machine learning, or closely related research fields is preferred

• Strong mathematical background and aptitude

• Substantial experience in programming in Python and C/C++

• Familiarity with the latest deep learning platforms, such as PyTorch, as well as LaTeX.

• Desirable qualities of high integrity, self-motivation, independence and proactiveness

• Matured reasoning and planning skills

• For more senior positions: able to lead and establish high morale teams.

• Independent, highly analytical, proactive and a team player

• Excellent teamwork and verbal, written communication skills
