The Opportunity 

We are currently on the lookout for a Senior Manager – Delivery to join our team.  

Responsibilities: 

• Owning the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across the Enterprise Data & Analytics portfolio and working with the project managers to ensure project delivery alignment to timelines, scope, and quality 

• Collaborating with all stakeholders including product owners, and technology and business leaders to ensure transparency, alignment, and satisfaction 

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of project managers and scrum masters; Driving their performance, engagement and career growth 

• Establishing effective delivery governance, tracking milestones, managing risks/issues, and providing regular updates to leadership 

• Continuously enhancing delivery frameworks, and agile practices and ways of working 

• Being responsible for project level finances including budgeting, resource cost tracking and variance analysis 

• Identifying roadblocks and risks with the team, and actively working on eliminating and mitigating them, with escalation done as required 

• Optimizing team utilization, forecasting capacity needs, and supporting hiring or sourcing decisions when needed 

Requirements:  

• 15+ years’ experience with at least 10+ years in project or program management 

• A Bachelor’s Degree in IT; a Master’s Degree will be an added advantage 

• PMP or equivalent certification in project management 

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery models; certification is a plus 

• Proven experience managing multi-project projects in a matrixed environment 

• Sound knowledge of project management practices 

• Strong people management skills with experience developing mid-level managers 

• Prior experience in Data Engineering, BI, or analytics delivery is preferred 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
