What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and building relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking market trends in energy transition and leveraging insights to generate sales.

  • Identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the industrial refrigeration and heating sectors.

  • Developing strong relationships with energy consultants and ESCOs.

  • Managing client requests and creating strategic sales plans for future growth.

  • Collaborating with internal teams and providing regular updates using CRM tools.

  • Promoting SABROE products across industrial cooling and heating applications.

  • Traveling extensively (up to 70%) across the UK and Ireland and occasionally to our production site in Aarhus, Denmark.

  • Expanding your network at industry events and trade fairs locally and internationally.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive, results-driven professional with B2B sales experience (energy sector preferred).

  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent relationship-building skills.

  • A self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.

  • A well-connected individual with a network in the energy industry.

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in engineering or a similar field.

  • Technical understanding and passion for the energy sector.
