Job Summary
The Channel Marketing Lead is a key contributor to the European Institutional business, acting as a strategic partner for Sales and Regional Marketing teams. The role is accountable for translating channel and commercial strategies into structured Local trade marketing plans and ensuring disciplined execution through distributors. This includes strengthening distributor engagement, enabling effective product and solution activation, driving adoption of digital tools, and delivering measurable growth impact across key markets and segments.
Strategic Scope & Impact
This role plays a critical part in accelerating European growth through the indirect channel by ensuring that regional strategies are effectively translated into scalable, high-impact trade marketing programs. The Channel Marketing Lead drives alignment between regional priorities, distributor execution, and customer needs, ensuring consistent deployment of value propositions, innovation, and digital tools across markets. The role acts as a key orchestrator across Sales, Product Management, and Regional Marketing, enabling a cohesive go-to-market approach and strengthening the company’s competitive position in key segments.
