REPORTS TO: Team Lead, Retail Operations

As we continue to grow, we are excited to add an OM Co-Ordinator to our global team.
OVERVIEW:
As an Operations Management (OM) Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of sales orders to meet SharkNinja clients’ expectations, provide customer service to our retailers and internal stakeholders as well as perform general administrative tasks. You will be interfacing with freight providers, 3PL providers, and various clients.
The successful candidate will maximise customer service levels, while driving reduction in lead-times and operating costs.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES):
The OM Co-Ordinator will oversee the successful fulfilment of sales orders from various customers (mostly French customers), ensuring deliveries from suppliers are correctly received and ensuring inventory at all 3PL logistics providers are maintained in sync with SharkNinja’s own records. The successful candidate will need to work very closely with the Supply Chain and Accounts and Sales teams, as well as with 3PL providers and customers.
