We are looking for a Planner to support our Installation Teams by scheduling engineers, managing appointments, and ensuring efficient service delivery. You’ll play a key role in maximising productivity and delivering a smooth customer experience.

What you’ll do:
 

• Plan and schedule engineer workloads to maximise efficiency
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Work closely with Field Managers to resolve scheduling issues
• Coordinate materials and subcontractors to avoid delays
• Provide engineers with job details and support field activity
• Schedule follow-up appointments and process additional work
 

What we’re looking for:
 

Must-Have:

• Previous customer service experience
• Basic IT skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in planning or scheduling roles
• Knowledge of a service or engineering environment
