Impact Oral Surgery is hiring an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily business operations through constant daily monitoring, and weekly reporting. The Clinic Manager is the front-line supervisor and business manager and succeeds using designed management tools, and key metrics that track positive and negative trends.  The Clinic Manager also provides a leadership style that promotes quality patient care, efficiency of the clinic, and creates a great work and patient environment.

Responsibilities:

The Clinic Manager has the overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented business.

You Must Have:

  • Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant/Certified Dental Assistant in state working (preferred)

  • CPR training (preferred)

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent level of experience in dental clinic management is a plus.

  • Good conflict resolution skills

  • Proven work history of excellence

  • Must be computer savvy and have some working knowledge using Google suite.
