岗位目的:

维护和维修工艺生产设备，保证生产设备处于正常状态，使之达到产能的要求。
岗位职责:
1. 遵守公司的各项规章制度,执行国家和公司的安全规程。
2. 根据设备图纸和文件对机床故障进行分析，维修和维护，保证有故障的机床在最短时间
内达到正常的 生产状态。
3. 根据 PM 检查内容对设备部件进行维护和更换，对设备精度按照要求进行调整。
4. 根据机床状态对机床参数进行优化。
5. 根据工程师要求对机床进行升级或改造，使之达到生产和安全的要求。
6. 对替换下的备件进行判断。
7. 汇编整理机床维修档案。
8. 完成维修线长要求的 5S,TPM 等工作。
9. 主动寻找和发现机床隐患，并且实施整改行动。
10. 定期对设备的校准点进行校正，对不合格的校准点进行修复。
11. 对生产线上的操作工进行简单维修培训，使操作工能够完成 TPM 要求的检查内容。
12. 完成公司要求的所有培训项目。
13. 协助其他部门员工。

任职资格:

1.两年以上制造业行业维修经验。
2.西门子 PLC 维修维护经验。
3.具有自动化设备维修维护经验优先。
4.具有电工低压上岗证等关的职业资格证书。
5.中专及其以上学历。
