Position Overview

Join our Talent Management team at our global headquarters in Philadelphia for a hands-on summer internship experience. This role offers exposure to the systems, strategy, and programs that shape how our organization develops and retains talent. 

As the Talent Management Summer Intern, you will contribute to high-impact initiatives across performance management, employee listening, learning and development, and HR systems optimization. You will collaborate with experienced HR professionals to support enterprise-wide programs and drive meaningful employee experiences. 

We are seeking a graduate-level student who brings intellectual curiosity, an analytical mindset, and is proactive in their work. The ideal candidate is eager to learn new concepts quickly and make tangible contributions while building a strong professional network. 

Responsibilities

Projects may include: 

  • Assisting with configuration and testing of Workday in preparation for performance management and talent processes. 
  • Supporting learning and development initiatives through creation of training materials and tracking program impact. 
  • Analyzing data related to employee listening programs and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.  
  • Contributing to the design of manager workshops, including facilitation materials and presentation content. 
  • Partnering on the optimization of our exit survey to enhance data quality and organizational insight. 

Education

Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. 

Experience

  • Demonstrated interest in talent management, employee development, organizational effectiveness, or broader HR strategy.  
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify themes, and translate insights into clear recommendations.  
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in both independent and team-based settings.  
  • Professional maturity, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Workday is a plus.
